Questions people ask us first
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first meeting to understand your requirement, in person at our Medavakkam office or over a call, costs nothing. Fees apply only once you choose a service, and they are agreed in writing beforehand.
Which documents should I check before buying a plot in Chennai?
At minimum: the sale deed and parent documents, an Encumbrance Certificate covering about 30 years, patta and chitta in the seller's name, and DTCP or CMDA layout approval. For apartments, also check building approval and TNRERA registration. We verify all of these as part of our documentation support.
Do I need any experience to join a training course?
No. The Real Estate Sales Professional course starts from the basics. Specialist courses such as Documentation or Investment Analysis are easier if you have some exposure, but they are open to beginners too.
Can NRIs buy property through Big4 Property?
Yes. We run video walkthroughs, share verified documents digitally, guide you on Power of Attorney, and coordinate with your representative in Chennai for registration.
Do you help with home loans?
We help you check eligibility, prepare documents and coordinate with banks and housing finance companies. The loan decision rests with the lender.
Can you train our company's sales team?
